Cleaning Services

• We have various Paphos & Limassol cleaning services/packages and prices to suit your needs but the quality and value is consistent.
• If you let your property out regularly or use your property as a holiday home we can ensure that you and your guests arrive to a fresh, clean and welcoming home. We can also carry out a weekly cleaning service or laundry/ ironing service for residents living here in Cyprus. Get in touch for quotes.
• We can carry out a Pre-Let Clean:
• All floors and balconies cleaned including rugs
• Furniture and mirrors polished
• Kitchen, sink, oven and cupboards cleaned
• Beds remade and towels replenished
• Toilet rolls replenished, bathrooms and toilet brushes cleaned
• Windows cleaning services as required
• Switch on fridge and check appliances are working
• Set out patio furniture
• Ensure crockery, glassware and cutlery are clean
• Outside areas swept and cleaned
• Please note that we can carry out the Full Inventory Check at the same time as the Pre-Let Clean which would keep costs down if your property was being let out within 36 hours.

• If your guests are staying longer than a week, we would recommend that we carry out a Mid-Let Clean:
• Clean bathrooms and replenish toilet rolls
• Remove towels and dirty linen and remake beds
• Clean outside areas and check property
• Clear refuse
• General tidy and dust

Property Maintenance

• Relax in the knowledge that there is someone to hand if you need us to carry out property checks periodically. We will visit your property in your absence and perform checks especially after the storms or bad weather. If there is any damage we will send pictures to you and or inform you of what repairs you need if any. We will oversee any necessary workmanship if the repair is specialised.
• This service is very important if your property is being left empty for any length of time. We will:
• Empty the mail box and keep the mail securely (or if you prefer we can pay any outstanding bills to the utility companies ourselves after receiving the funds from you, or we can send the mail onto you)
• Water inside plants
• Air your property regularly
• Clean outside windows
• Window and door security checks and fittings
• Lightbulbs replaced as required
• Blind and curtain operations checked
• Air con filters cleaned and checked
• Patio jet wash
• Plumbing repairs
• Touching up of paintwork outside or inside
• Repairs or treatments to fences
• Repairs to doors or hinges
• Check for damp and treat accordingly.

Gardening & Landscaping

• We can carry out those gardening tasks that will enhance the look of your property but which are essential in providing a relaxing, safe environment for both you and your guests. Remember that if your property is left empty over the winter, we can provide one-off garden checks after storms or bad weather at your request. You may also want us visiting regularly. The choice is yours!

Pool maintenance

We can provide complete pool maintenance by our expert who is a fully certified Pool and Spa Operator. We will clear debris, vacuum the pool, clean or replace filters and check the water level and adjust the chemical levels of your pool. We recommend your pool is monitored and cleaned twice weekly in the summer and weekly in the winter to ensure that your pool is maintained to the Industry standards.

• Within 6 hours of your guests leaving:
• A full inventory check will be carried out and any damage or breakages can be reported to you
• Beds will be stripped, mattresses checked
• Fridge emptied, cleaned and left open
• Refuse removed from the property
• Appliances checked and switched off
• Patio furniture cleaned and brought inside
• Laundry taken away for cleaning, ironing, airing and storage
• Keys held securely

Housekeeping Services

Welcome Packs and Car Hire

If you would like us to arrange a Welcome pack for your guests, eg if they are arriving late at night or early morning, we can deliver this to the property just before they arrive. It can be as simple as milk, bread, coffee and tea or alternatively, if they are celebrating an Anniversary, Birthday or Wedding you may want us to leave flowers, chocolates or champagne. Whatever your needs please feel free to contact us with your requirements.

If you or your guests would like us to arrange car rental we know a number of local car hire companies that can provide a vehicle at a competitive price.

Inventory Checks

It is essential that you keep a check on your property when letting it out. Electricity costs money if appliances are left on and of course pest control is an issue if food or refuse is not disposed of appropriately. We will send you details and photographs of any issues so that you can decide on deposit refunds even before your guests arrive back home.
